Butet Kartaradjasa dan cerpen “Aku Pembunuh Munir”

Pria yang dikenal dengan pertunjukan monolognya ini menunjukan bentuk dukungannya terhadap kasus pembunuhan aktivis Munir, kali ini Butet membawakan cerpen yang berjudul “Aku Pembunuh Munir” karya Seno Gumilar. “desember tahun lalu saya bersama kawan-kawan hadir meresmikan Rumah Munir, kira-kira 2 bulan kemudian saya terkaget-kaget di Kompas ada cerpen yang judulnya ‘aku pembunuh munir’ ” ucapnya saat pemutaran film pendek Kamis ke-300.

Butet teringat dengan kredo dari penulis cerpen tersebut, ketika orde baru saat pers dibungkam, sastra yang bicara. “cerpen itu saksi mata. Dan sekarang ketika hukum macet sastra juga yang bicara, dan saya tergoda untuk mebacakan cerpen ini untuk direkam kemudian dimusiki, untuk kemudian ditaruh di rumah munir”  ucap pria kelahiran 52 tahun silam ini. Melalui cerpen tersebut, Butet berharap masyarakat yang berkunjung ke rumah Munir akan tahu siapa sebenarnya pembunuh Munir.

Aku adalah anjing kurap, karena itulah aku membunuh Munir. Tentu aku tidak membunuhnya dengan tangan ku sendiri, untuk apa?. Aku bisa membunuhnya melalui tangan orang lain, seperti yang biasa aku lakukan kepada orang-orang lain bilamana perlu. Dikau tidak akan pernah tau siapa diriku, bukan karena aku berseragam, sama sekali bukan. Ini bukan soal berseragam atau tidak berseragam, karena membunuh atau tidak membunuh Munir itu tidak ada hubungannya dengan seragam. Dirimu dan siapapun di dunia ini memang tidak perlu tau siapa diriku sebenarnya, bukan karena aku seorang pengecut. Tidak ada pengecut yang selalu  menantang bahaya seperti diriku, tak lebih dan tak kurang karena siapakah adanya diriku ini, sekali lagi siapa memang sama sekali tidak penting. Sudah kubilang tadi aku adalah anjing kurap. Jika bukan aku tidak akan membunuh Munir.
