Melawan arus RAN tak takut persaingan dalam industri musik

Maraknya musik melayu dan menjamurnya boyband akhir-akhir ini tak membuat grup musik RAN khawatir dalam persaingan industri musik, grup musik yang terdiri dari trio Rayi, Asta dan Nino ini tetap berkarya dengan musik yang mereka yakini. “Kita tetap bertahan dengan musik yang kita yakinin, dari dulu kita tidak menganggapnya bukan sebagai saingan tapi lebih kepada motivasi agar berkarya lebih baik lagi” ucap Nino.


RAN yang sudah bekarya selama tujuh tahun dalam belantika musik tanah air dan sudah mengeluarkan 4 album ini bersyukur masih bertahan. RAN meyakini suatu saat nanti industri musik Indonesia akan jauh lebih berkembang dan lebih bervariasi lagi. Mereka mampu membuktikan dengan konsistensi selama ini dalam berkarya di industri musik dengan cara mereka sendiri dapat bertahan dan diterima oleh masyarakat tanpa harus mengikuti tren yang sedang ada.

Founding of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints (1830)

Gerald Joseph "Gerry" Mulligan (1927)

Mulligan was an important baritone saxophonist and one of the best-known exponents of cool jazz, a delicate, understated offshoot of bebop. He began his career in the mid-1940s as an arranger for Gene Krupa and Claude Thornhill and played on the historic Miles Davis nonet recordings in 1949.
